These Terms govern your use of our services, including bespoke and custom jewelry design, ordering, production, and delivery. By placing an order you accept these Terms and any design agreement provided at time of commission.
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) you have certain consumer guarantees when goods and services are supplied. These guarantees cannot be excluded where they apply.
Our workmanship warranty covers repairs for manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery, unless otherwise stated. This does not replace your ACL rights.

Because many items are custom-made, returns are limited. Please review the summary below and contact us if you believe your statutory rights under the ACL apply.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of these Terms is limited to repair, replacement or refund. We exclude indirect and consequential loss where permitted.
Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Deposits secure bookings; final invoices payable prior to delivery.
Design files, CAD models and creative works remain our intellectual property unless otherwise transferred in writing. Clients receive usage rights for their commissioned item.
We aim to resolve disputes promptly. Please contact us first via contacts.html. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Consumers retain any rights they have under applicable law.
